• Client Responsibility: You remain fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You agree to seek professional medical advice for any physical or psychiatric conditions.

   •    Payment Policy: All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or according to the agreed-upon payment plan before the session begins.

    •    Cancellation Window: We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

    •    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the notice window will incur the full session fee.

    •    No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session will be forfeited without a refund.

    •    Refunds: Payments for completed sessions, digital products, and workshops are strictly non-refundable.

    •    In-Person Consent: Somatic therapy may involve gentle, non-sexual, professional touch to facilitate body awareness.

    •    Right to Refuse: Touch is strictly optional. You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent to physical contact at any time during a session.

    •    Online Adaptations: For remote or online sessions, somatic guidance will be entirely verbal and self-directed.

  •    Privacy and Data Protection: We strictly protect your personal information and session details in accordance with our Privacy Notice and relevant privacy laws.

    •    Limits of Confidentiality: We will keep your information private unless disclosure is required by law, such as a subpoena or an imminent danger to yourself or others.

    •    Content Ownership: All worksheets, guided audio, articles, logos, and materials provided during your Services remain our exclusive intellectual property.

    •    Usage Restrictions: Materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, copy, or sell our content without written permission.

    •    Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the total amount paid by you for those Services.
