Somatic practices.

Intuitive movement.

Philosophical exercises.

Events that change you.

ioēs delivers one of a kind experiences that connect participants with the complexity of their mindbody system, the potential of their being, and the power of their togetherness.

We do this though guided somatic practices that help regulate the nervous system, intuitive movement that elevates mood, boosts creativity and enhances neuroplasticity, and philosophical exercises that build meta-cognitive capacity, something that’s needed now more than ever in an ‘AI world’.

Our events and workshops range from 90 minutes through to full days. We can work online, on-site at your location, or at a site we collaboratively choose.

Together our founders have worked all around the world, leading workshops, events and programs for organisations such as L’Oreal, Microsoft, TELUS, National Australia Bank, The Royal Society of the Arts, and many more.

Esther Jasaraj

Somatic Therapist

Esther has dedicated nearly two decades to the question; what does it really mean to healthily and authentically express oneself? Through her background in dance, beauty, and para-medical science, consistent themes emerged in her client work and personal life; difficulty expressing and processing emotions, chronic stress, and disconnection from body and self.

With a passion for movement, human physiology, mindbody system dynamics and the complex processes of nervous system adaptation, Esther helps clients attend to their emotional wounds and unmet needs in ways that not only reshape their nervous systems but helps clients gain more awareness, emotional capacity, agency, resilience and freedom for authentic self-expression. This is a context in which all of you is welcome and all of you becomes possible.

Esther is professionally trained in Somatic Therapy and Embodied Processing, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and is currently studying movement therapy.

Nathan (Nate) Kinch

Nate is a philosophical practitioner with nearly fifteen years experience leading applied philosophical work within major public and private institutions. He has lectured in the Americas, Europe and Australia, held multiple Philosopher in Residence positions, and led philosophical programs for the Royal Society of the Arts.

In 2025, Nate become one of the first SMILE_PH certified philosophical counsellors globally. Through his philosophical counselling with ioēs, Nate supports individuals and groups in exploring the hidden worldview shaping their reality, deepening the meaningfulness of their relationship to the web of life, clarifying a purpose worth living, and becoming a more active, values driven participant in the world.

He believes that living philosophically is perhaps one of the most important processes an individual, group or organisation can undertake to be of service to a reality far more complex, challenging and beautiful than any of us can individually comprehend.
